Professional Expertise

Bruce Dalton is a senior licensed surveyor At the Schlencker Groups Gold Coast Office with over 30 years experience in the surveying & development industry. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) and is registered as a surveyor (with an endorsement to perform cadastral surveys) in Queensland. He maintains an active interest in his profession by his involvement with the local town groups of both the Association of Consulting Surveyors, and the Institution of Surveyors.

Bruce's Cadastral, Engineering and Project Administration experience gained in both the Urban and Rural arenas of Queensland and New South Wales enhances the expertise available to the Groups clients.   Bruce brings a vast knowledge of all facets of surveying for the residential, commercial, industrial, retail, institutional, environmental and infrastructure development communities.   Bruce enjoys utilising his experience and skills to ensure the smooth progress and timely delivery of our clients' projects.

Coolum at the beach, David Low Way, Coolum –   95 Unit development (completed May 08)

The Reserve, Maudsland Road, Oxenford – 212 Lot Residential Estate in 5 stages (completed September 2006)

The Aspect, Tolga Road, Bonogin –   134 Lot Residential Estate in 5 Stages (completed March 2007)
